We have 28 years of business experience in the real estate industry and have executed a wide range of creative value-added strategies in favorable and unfavorable economic conditions.. The success of these strategies though various market cycles can be attributed to disciplined investment principles, proactive asset management and creative solution-oriented decisions in their analysis of real estate opportunities.
Marino Investments makes direct equity investments in income producing real estate, primarily consisting of existing commercial properties located mainly in California and Arizona. The company seeks to achieve superior returns by identifying and structuring investments in response to the unique opportunities in the target market. Our personal relationships in the geographical market offer a unique opportunity for deal flow and a framework to achieve the company’s investment objectives.
We bring dynamic leadership experience encompassing the many facets of the real estate industry – including land acquisition for shopping centers, corporate offices, medical offices, restaurants, residential and multi-family development projects. In total, we have completed over $900 million in real estate transactions.
Marino Investments has recently expanded into distressed asset investing and complex debt acquisition as well.
